As Chief Executive Officer of the Creative Class Group, Rana Florida manages new business development, marketing, consulting, research and global operations, serving such diverse clients as BMW, Converse and Cirque du Soleil. A well known as a writer on business and leadership for Fast Company, Inc.com and the Huffington Post, Rana has also featured on The Today Show and Fox News, as well as in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, to name a few.

She has interviewed a number of high-profile figures – from President Bill Clinton, First Lady Michelle Obama and chefs Jeans-George Vongerichten and Mario Batali, to singer Nelly Furtado, fashion designer Tory Burch and world-renowned architects Peter Marino and Zaha Hadid.
