SENSING FOOD

Marte Frøystad and Runa Klock create experimental, imaginative products that challenge conventional thinking. Their latest idea takes them into food design, creating objects that redefine the perception and flavours of a meal by focusing on the senses. This includes the Taste! spoon, which enhances and changes taste by guiding food to tongue receptors, and Aroma…, a plate that allows the chef to add the aroma of an ingredient without actually putting it in the dish.
