THE REBELS REVEALED

3 -min. read

Well, collective – that was one to remember, right? The glitterati of the contemporary set, copious amounts of champagne and roughly 250,000 ping-pong balls joined Josh Wagner last night at Delano South Beach for the REBELS & Closing Party, brought to you by Travel+Leisure and hosted by Morgans Hotel Group. It was a night months in the making, with travel brands from across the globe clamouring to tell us what makes them the most rebellious of them all; our creative class panel coming together to select the final shortlist; and contemporary travel insiders worldwide voting for their winners.

So last night, we dragged out our glad rags and hit the pool at Delano to discover exactly who had emerged as this year’s REBELS. As usual, it was a diverse and exciting crop of talent that took to the stage, so congratulations to not only the winners but also the nominees for putting their most rebellious foot forward. Watch our 2016 REBELS have their moment of glory below and pick up some ideas for your 2017 application – after all, it’s only a year away…
